Midwest GameFest features a number of great sponsorship and naming opportunities available for your company or group. We've got over 700 tabletop hobby gamers, cosplayers, and "nerd culture" enthusiasts looking for the newest games, accessories, and materials. Located in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, we pull attendees from Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, and from all over the country.
Sponsorship Levels
SWAG Bag Donor — No Cost
- A coupon, flyer, or similar item you provide will be added to our SWAG Bags. See deadlines below.
Silver Sponsor — $100
- A sign with your ad or logo and provided text will appear in our pre-function area.
- A smaller version will appear in our convention program, website, emails, and social channels.
- A coupon, flyer, or similar item you provide will be added to our SWAG Bags. See deadlines below.
Gold Sponsor — $200
- A sign with your ad or logo and provided text will appear in our pre-function area.
- A smaller version will appear in our convention program, website, emails, and social channels.
- A full-page advertisement in our convention program.
- Your logo/ad will appear on hotel signage monitors and will be projected onto the wall of the main hall.
- A coupon, flyer, or similar item you provide will be added to our SWAG Bags. See deadlines below.
Platinum Sponsor — $400
- A 4-day pass ($50 value).
- Special VIP attire (badge, armband, or similar) letting everyone know your status.
- A full-page advertisement in our convention program.
- Your logo/ad will appear on hotel signage monitors and will be projected onto the wall of the main hall.
- A sign with your ad or logo and provided text will appear in our pre-function area.
- You also receive a prominent ad on our website and onsite program identifying you as a Platinum Sponsor.
- A coupon, flyer, or similar item you provide will be added to our SWAG Bags. See deadlines below.
Getting Started
Fill out a Sponsor Application and let us know your business name, contact info, etc. All applications are subject to approval. We'll get back to you with additional instructions. Note: Submission of an application means that you agree to our terms and conditions.

Sponsor Credit for Prize Donations
Your sponsorship can be accepted in the form of tabletop gaming-related merchandise donated as prizes for our benefit raffle. We value prize donations at 100% MSRP (subject to acceptance/approval); we can accept up to 100% of your total sponsorship this way. Merchandise donated in this manner must be delivered one week prior to the convention unless other arrangements are made (e.g. exhibitors who are also sponsors can provide donated merchandise upon arrival). Some Fine Print
Every sponsorship purchased grants the purchaser a 3-month Class II membership to the Role-players Guild of Kansas City starting the first day of the convention. This is a non-voting, convention-only class of members. For more information, visit the RPGKC website.
Sponsors agree to abide by our Attendee Terms and Conditions and our anti-harassment policy.
Sponsors consent to being photographed incidentally (e.g. in the background of another's photo). We encourage attendees to request permission from others before directly taking their photograph. Photographic harassment can lead to expulsion from the convention.
Helpful Application Tips
Login or create an account with the Start Application button above and create a new application to let us know what you have in mind. If approved, you'll get an email with a link to come back, choose booths and options, and to complete payment.
Important: You will need a 2000x2000 pixel logo. If you don't have one available, you can download a placeholder.
Advertising Specs
We can work with whatever ad you may already have, or we can work with you to craft an ad from scratch.
Deadlines
- If providing us an ad, we must have it no later than November 1.
- If you need us to make an ad for you, we will need your key messages, logo, and any image assets by October 15.
- SWAG Bag shipments must arrive no later than November 15.
Important: Not providing ad material on time may result in your ad not appearing in the onsite program or in other advertising outlets.
