Become a Sponsor
Midwest GameFest features a number of great sponsorship and naming opportunities available for your company or group. We've got around 1,200 unique attendees and over 2,700 turnstile. That's a ton of tabletop hobby gamers, cosplayers, and "nerd culture" enthusiasts looking for the newest games, accessories, and materials. Located in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, we draw attendees from Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, and across the country.
Getting Started
Fill out a Sponsor Application and let us know your business name, contact info, etc. All applications are subject to approval. We'll get back to you with additional instructions. Note: Submission of an application means that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Important: Sponsorship opportunities open September 28, 2026, and end February 1, 2027.

Some Fine Print
Each sponsorship fee grants a 3-month Class II membership to the Role-players Guild of Kansas City starting the first day of the convention. This is a non-voting class of member. Annual memberships can be purchased online or at the convention. For more information, visit the RPGKC website.
Member sponsors agree to abide by our Sponsor/Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and our anti-harassment policy.
Members consent to being photographed incidentally (e.g., in the background of another's photo). We encourage attendees to request permission from others before taking their photographs directly. Photographic harassment can lead to expulsion from the convention.
Helpful Application Tips
Log in or create an account using the Start Application button above, then create a new application to let us know what you have in mind. If approved, you'll get an email with a link to return, choose booths and options, and complete payment.
Important: You will need a 2000x2000 pixel logo. If you don't have one available, you can download a placeholder.
Advertising Specs
We can work with whatever ad you already have, or we can craft an ad from scratch with you.
Deadlines
- If providing us an ad, we must have it no later than March 1.
- If you need us to make an ad for you, we will need your key messages, logo, and any image assets by February 15.
- SWAG Bag shipments must arrive no later than March 15.
Important: Not providing ad material on time may result in your ad not appearing in the onsite program or in other advertising outlets.
