Four Days of Tabletop Hobby Gaming Online

Our Virtual Convention Space is ONLINE! Try It Now!

Online Only in 2020

Sadly we won't be hosting an in-person event in 2020, instead deciding to go with a virtual convention.

In addition to traditional games of all kinds, Midwest GameFest also features some great cosplay opportunities!

Discord Server

DiscordNormally, we call Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Independence, Missouri our home (we are part of the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area). But in the world of COVID-19 we are hosting the event online via Discord (a free text, audio, and video service) with a number of online virtual tabletops (VTTs) including Roll20, Tabletop Simulator, and more (game hosts decide). Discord is a web-based service that also has great desktop and mobile apps.

Cosplay Rules

We've put together some guidelines for cosplaying at Midwest GameFest. We want everyone to have a safe, secure experience and following these guidelines should help ensure that for everyone. Check out our Cosplay Policy for details.
