Becoming an Exhibitor

There are two types of exhibitor booths: Large and Small. Both are purchasable by application and PayPal invoice afterward. Both also come with one badge for gaming, which allows one member of a two-person crew to play games while the other handles the booth. All exhibitors receive mention in our convention program, website, emails, and social channels. Power is available for small electronics, but you will want to bring a grounded extension cord and power strip. Complimentary wi-fi is provided, and pipe and drape is available for an additional $20 fee per 10' length of booth. Additional booths and passes may be requested.

Large Booths โ€“ $135

Located nearest the main doors, includes two 6'x2' draped exhibitor tables in an L shape (e.g. 8' wide), two chairs, a 4-day badge and promotion in our materials. 

Small Booths โ€” $75

Located farthest from the main doors, includes one 6'x2' draped exhibitor table, two chairs, a 4-day badge and promotion in our materials.

Pipe and Drape โ€” $20 Additional per 10' length

"Pipe and drape" are available for an extra fee of $20 per 10' length of booth. This refers to an 8' tall by 10' long pipe scaffolding with curtain behind your table. Banners or signs can be hung from or tied to the structure.

Getting Started

Fill out an Exhibitor Application and let us know your business name, contact info, what you are selling, etc. All applications are subject to approval. We'll send you a PayPal invoice for payment.

Credit for Prize Donations

Part of your payment can be accepted in the form of tabletop gaming-related merchandise donated as prizes for our benefit raffle. We value prize donations at 25% MSRP for most items and 40% on current items; we can accept up to 25% of your total bill this way. Merchandise donated in this manner must be delivered upon arrival unless other arrangements are made. Contact our This email address is being protected from spambots. Move-In and Move-Out

The earliest load-in time is the morning of Thursday, November 10 at 9am. Doors open to the public at noon that day and 8am each day thereafter. The loading dock door, located on the west side of the convention space, is locked and requires notifying conference center staff of the need to open it. We'll provide dock access instructions in an email to confirmed exhibitors.

Parking Diagram

There's plenty of parking at Stoney Creek in front of the convention center, in front of the hotel, and to the north of the convention center. There is additional parking west, toward Bass Pro Shop.
